Our standard itinerary includes unforgettable tours in the Osa region of southern Costa Rica. We are committed to delivering 100% customer satisfaction while ensuring comfort and safety.

Your booking does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. After confirmation of any Package request, at least 25% of the tour package cost is required immediately to book all the respective services.

Please review our Cancellation Policy, Waiver, and Terms and Conditions before booking any tours. These policies will be applied without exception. We have made them as clear and straightforward as possible. By booking with us, you and all participants in your group agree to abide by these policies.

The prices quoted on our website or in our ad publications have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of publishing/printing. We reserve the right to amend the prices published. The Client must pay for all such increases in price in full.

Payment Terms:

•             After any Package request is confirmed, 25% of the tour package cost must be paid immediately to book all the respective services.

•             20 days before arrival: 50% of the tour package cost is required.

•             05 Days before arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.

•             All payments must be notified by an e-mail format only with attached transaction details.

•             Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.

•             We will not entertain any credit facility.

Cancellation of the tour by the client (you)

How to Cancel a Reservation

We will process your cancellation or refund request within one to twelve business days. Please note that we will not acknowledge verbal requests made over the phone or through voicemail. Speaking with our customer service representatives does not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or accepted unless it is confirmed via email.

No-show policy: Failure to show up on time for the tour date means forfeiture of all funds paid for the travel.

Free Cancellation

For a one-day tour, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment (excluding any charges from PayPal or similar services) or the option to reschedule (subject to availability) if we receive your written notice (via email) at least 5 days before the tour date.

For a multi-day tour, you can receive a full refund of your payment (minus any charges from PayPal or similar services) or the option to reschedule (based on slot availability) if you provide us with written notice (via email) at least 12 days before the tour date.

If you have an account in one of the banks in Costa Rica, your refund will be processed within 12 banking days through cash deposit or online fund transfer. If you have paid online through PayPal or other similar services, your refund will be processed, but please note that the service charge (around 5% of your payment) won’t be refunded. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied. If you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@enjoyosa.com.

Clients can retain their refund money, obtain a credit certificate, and use it for 24 months.

If Enjoy Osa Tours needs to cancel your tour for any reason, including bad weather, we will refund your payment (excluding any charges from PayPal or similar services) or offer to reschedule your tour, subject to availability. This applies as long as the cancellation occurs before the tour day.

**Waiver and Release**

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the tour/activity, you and all the participants in your group acknowledge, appreciate, and agree to the following:

– You understand the inherent dangers and risks of participating in tours and outdoor activities.

– You willingly accept all inherent risks from your chosen activities.

You likewise acknowledge that whatever accident or untoward incident might occur during the tour will be your sole responsibility and shall free ENJOY OSA TOUR from whatever legal liabilities appertaining thereto. You hereby quitclaim any right to collect damages from ENJOY OSA TOURS and its personnel. The immunities provided under this contract shall be available to ENJOY OSA TOURS’s employees, directors, and managers, including employees and agents, but not to the independent contractors selected by the company.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The client must strictly follow the Tour Program. There will be no refund if the client fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, joins the group later, or leaves before the tour ends. It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the client’s responsibility to reach the place of commencement of the tour and register with the company representative at the appointed place, date, and time.

Please be aware that no refunds will be issued if a client cannot use any of the services, including hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, or optional tours, for any reason. No refunds will be issued for unutilized services, such as meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, transportation, or sightseeing, regardless of the circumstances.

If a client or his family must discontinue the tour for any reason, no claim shall be entertained for a refund of unutilized services. Even if a client cannot reach the place of commencement of the tour for any reason, his booking shall be treated as a “no-show” on the tour, and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for valid reasons, including but not limited to:

– Rudeness

– Sexual harassment

– Behavior that may cause discomfort to other passengers

– Actions posing danger or inconvenience to passengers or tour personnel

– Bringing weapons or illegal drugs

– Consuming alcoholic beverages, smoking, and vaping are prohibited on board (except for private groups) . Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be permitted to board, resulting in the forfeiture of any payments. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse boarding to any unaccompanied minor (under 18 years old) without a parent or legal guardian.

For tours or destinations where local authorities require a certificate or medical test, failure to meet these requirements will result in the cancellation of your tour, and you will forfeit all payments made.

In destinations where local authorities require you to sign a waiver form, refusal to sign will also lead to cancellation of your tour, and you will forfeit your payment.

Amendment Fees:

Any changes made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online 5 days before a single-day tour and 15 days before a multi-day tour will incur a minimum amendment fee of $25.00 per change. Reservations will be confirmed within one to two business days. The following actions are considered amendments to a tour:

– Changing the departure date

– Changing the pick-up time or location

– Changing the tour

– Changing the guest’s name

– Changing the itinerary

– Removing or replacing a guest

– Adding or replacing a guest

The $25.00 amendment fee is a minimum charge for any tour changes. If you request multiple changes and/or make adjustments at the last minute, additional fees may apply on top of the initial $25.00 fee. Please note that paying the amendment fee does not guarantee that the requested changes can or will be made.
