**San Pedrillo Station: **
Begin your journey deep into Corcovado National Park with an exciting boat trip from Sierpe to the San Pedrillo station. During the ocean crossing, you may have the chance to observe turtles, dolphins, and, in season (from July to November and December to January), even whales.
The adventure begins at 8:00 a.m. at the Port of Sierpe, with a 35-minute boat tour through the mouth of the Sierpe River and its mangrove channels, followed by approximately 45 minutes along the Pacific Ocean to reach the park station. The return trip is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
Arriving at the San Pedrillo Ranger Station beach means a wet landing, so it's advisable to bring sandals and appropriate footwear for hiking the trails in the park. The station is surrounded by the pristine waters of the Pacific Ocean and lush rainforest, offering opportunities to see numerous bird species, impressive waterfalls, and the towering trees of the primary forest.
Once at San Pedrillo beach, you'll have the opportunity to explore the magnificent rainforest, inhabited by jaguars, anteaters, tapirs, deer, bobcats, spiders, monkeys, scarlet macaws, various bird species, and a plethora of exotic tropical wildlife.
The tour includes two hiking trails: the first hike lasts approximately two and a half hours, while the second hike takes an hour and a half to reach a beautiful waterfall nestled in a primary forest, where there will also be time for swimming. On the way back, you will learn about the mangrove area and search for various species.

After 2 hours of navigation, you will arrive at Sirena, with the same duration expected for your return journey. Please note that the beach near the Ranger Station may be wet, so it is recommended to wear sandals as well as suitable footwear for walking the park trails.
