Resumen

Kayaking is a fantastic and distinctive way to explore Costa Rica’s natural splendor peacefully and privately. It offers an opportunity to spot some of the shyer wildlife, and bird enthusiasts would be thrilled to get up close and personal with wading birds.

However, kayaking is not wheelchair-accessible and is not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnancy, heart conditions, disabilities, or other severe medical conditions. Travelers should have a moderate level of physical fitness.

EXCURSIÓN POR LOS MANGLARES

Immerse yourself in the wildlife ecosystem of the Terraba mangroves, the most extensive wetlands in Costa Rica, located on the remote South Pacific Coast. Experience one of the most essential mangrove ecosystems in Costa Rica on this enjoyable kayaking tour. Se proporciona todo el equipo necesario para practicar kayak, y además podrás disfrutar de fruta y refrescos durante la excursión. Puedes comenzar tu excursión en kayak por la región de Osa desde Coronado, Sierpe o Dominical.

Podrás observar cinco hermosas especies de manglares, así como sus flores y frutos. La zona alberga diversas aves, entre ellas garzas, halcones, águilas pescadoras, halcones, martines pescadores y aves costeras. También es posible que te encuentres con cangrejos, reptiles, insectos y mamíferos como monos, perezosos y mapaches. Esté atento a los cocodrilos, iguanas, caimanes, guacamayos escarlatas, tortugas marinas y tiburones a lo largo de estos cursos de agua.

EXCURSIÓN POR EL OCÉANO

El recorrido comenzará en el Parque Nacional Marino Ballena. Tras remar durante unos 30 minutos, podrás contemplar la belleza natural de la costa y avistar algunas especies de aves únicas, como los piqueros pardos y los pelícanos.

While snorkeling, you can explore the incredible marine life beneath the sea surface. After some kayaking, you will be offered an aperitif at Playa Arco. You can enjoy swimming in the waterfall and strolling around the primary forest to observe animals such as monkeys and birds.
