During the ocean crossing, you may have the chance to observe turtles, dolphins, and, in season (from July to November and December to January), even whales.<\/p>\n<p>The adventure begins at 8:00 a.m. at the Port of Sierpe, with a 35-minute boat tour through the mouth of the Sierpe River and its mangrove channels, followed by approximately 45 minutes along the Pacific Ocean to reach the park station. The return trip is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Arriving at the San Pedrillo Ranger Station beach means a wet landing, so it's advisable to bring sandals and appropriate footwear for hiking the trails in the park. During the trip, you will navigate for 1 hour and 30 minutes through the aquatic trails of Costa Rica's largest wetland, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Along the way, there is a possibility of spotting dolphins, turtles, and even whales, depending on the season, from July to November and from December to January.<\/p>\n<p>After 2 hours of navigation, you will arrive at Sirena, with the same duration expected for your return journey.
